Dinner Tonight

Had a three course meal with a beer a glass of wine and a bottle of water for $30 and it was delicious. The waitress told me that the chef was a European and Hungarian Champion. Had the goulash soup magnific although the peppers were very spicy hot. The main course was pork tenderloin in a marmalade sauce and then chocolate mousse for desert. Polished off in total. Have a few shots of the restaurant. Also all the paintings were by Hungarian artist Poil Laips completed whilst he was in prison under communist rule. He is now dead, the waitress told me they cost about $3000 each. I thought he captured that communist ethos. Once you are in rural Hungary or rural Slovakia it is very much 1950's they will have to do a lot to improve their Infrastructure. It is pretty grim riding between the villages.
